Ravi has worked in standardized testing since 2011 with students all over the world, from Inglewood to Mumbai. Formerly, he was a director at Compass Education Group in Beverly Hills, CA, and also taught in at-risk communities throughout Southern California. He is passionate about facilitating real change in students’ lives. When he’s not speaking with families or managing his tutoring staff, Ravi enjoys Venice living: skateboarding with his dog, biking by the beach, and playing basketball on the 7-foot hoop in the alleyway behind his house.
Lauren is a recent transplant to California, having previously worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company on the East Coast. She received her JD/MBA from the University of Pennsylvania and her bachelor’s degree in English from Dartmouth College. In her spare time, Lauren loves to read, write, and spend time outdoors.
Lily graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Public Health. She previously worked at test preparation for companies serving students in Southern California, Washington and South Korea. Outside of test prep, she loves jamming out on her ukulele and watching films while sipping Oolong bubble tea.
Abhinav graduated UC Santa Barbara with degrees in 2011. He is a Teach for America alumni and has been in the Special Education field over the last ten years. After serving as an administrator for the last three years, Abhinav is currently back in the classroom teaching high school in Napa, CA. In his free time, Abhinav loves spending time with his wife and dogs, going for long bike rides and Zoom’ing with family and friends across the world.
